If you created a D-N-B.co.uk account — whether by email and password, or by signing in with Google or Facebook — you can request that we permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
To request deletion, email [email protected] from the address registered on your account with the subject line “Delete my data”. We will confirm your identity and permanently remove your account record, including your name, email address, and any booking or membership history, within 30 days.
If you signed in using Facebook Login, deleting your D-N-B.co.uk account removes everything we hold from that connection — we only ever stored the name and email address Facebook provided at sign-in, nothing more. You may also separately remove D-N-B.co.uk's access from your own Facebook account at any time via Facebook's Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites.
